Every bouquet is made for someone special. We prepare each order with care, and if something is wrong when it arrives, we want to hear about it.
Fresh Flowers & Returns
Fresh flowers are perishable, and each arrangement is prepared especially for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns for a change of mind after your flowers have been prepared or delivered.
If your bouquet arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or has a quality issue, please contact us on LINE or WhatsApp so we can review the situation and help.
Order Cancellations
Once preparation begins, your order cannot be canceled. At this stage, the flowers are being cut and arranged specifically for your bouquet.
We will check your order’s status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
