Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating Flower Delivery Bangkok. “You” refers to the person using our website or placing an order.
Placing an Order
Please check your selected product, bouquet size, delivery date, recipient details, and card message before completing your purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If we cannot fulfill your order because of product availability, delivery limitations, or an incorrect listing, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or arrange a refund for any payment received for the unfulfilled order.
Flowers & Product Photos
Every arrangement is prepared by hand using natural flowers. Product photos represent the intended style, colors, and overall appearance of the bouquet. Flower shades, shapes, sizes, and stages of bloom may vary.
The bouquet size or stem count is determined by the option you select when ordering. Please review the product description and selected variation carefully.
Seasonal availability may affect particular flowers or materials. If a significant substitution is needed, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative before proceeding. Any agreed substitution will maintain the value and overall style of your order.
Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in Thai baht (THB). The order total, including applicable delivery charges, is shown at checkout before payment.
We accept major credit cards through Stripe, Thai PromptPay QR payments, and bank transfers. Payment must be confirmed before we begin preparing your order. For PromptPay or bank transfers, please submit your payment slip as instructed so we can verify your payment.
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown with each offer.
Delivery
We provide flower delivery across Bangkok, including Sukhumvit, Rama 9, Lat Phrao, Bang Na, On Nut, Sathorn, Silom, and surrounding areas, subject to delivery availability.
Same day delivery depends on flower availability, our order schedule, and the delivery location. Please contact us on LINE or WhatsApp before placing an urgent order.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet your chosen delivery date and any agreed delivery arrangements. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Traffic, weather, building access, or other unexpected circumstances may affect delivery.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Recipient Details & Delivery Access
Please provide the recipient’s full name, phone number, and complete address. Include the building name, room or unit number, and any access instructions where relevant.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details, restricted access, or an unavailable recipient, we will try to contact you or the recipient to arrange the next steps. Any additional delivery fee will be explained and agreed upon before another delivery attempt.
Where permitted and agreed, the bouquet may be handed to reception or building staff. We may need to contact the recipient to arrange delivery, including for surprise orders.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Every order is prepared specifically for the customer. Once preparation begins, the flowers are cut and arranged for your selected design, and cancellation for a change of mind is no longer possible.
If you need to change or cancel an order before preparation starts, contact us on LINE or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will check its status and confirm what can be accommodated.
Changes to the bouquet, delivery address, or delivery date depend on availability and the stage of preparation. Any resulting price difference or additional delivery fee will be confirmed before the change is made.
These cancellation conditions do not limit your rights if an order is faulty, incorrect, or not fulfilled as agreed.
Returns, Quality Issues & Refunds
Because fresh flowers are perishable and prepared to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind once preparation has begun.
If your flowers arrive damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, contact us on LINE or WhatsApp as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the flowers and packaging. This helps us assess their condition promptly and does not replace any rights you have under applicable law.
Where an issue is confirmed, an appropriate solution may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. Approved refund processing times depend on the payment method and provider.

Flower Care
Fresh flowers need appropriate care after delivery. Follow any care instructions provided, keep your arrangement away from heat and direct sunlight, and maintain a suitable water supply.
Flower longevity varies according to the flower type, environment, and care received. Deterioration caused by unsuitable conditions or lack of care after delivery is different from a quality issue present when the flowers arrive.
Card Messages & Customer Content
You are responsible for the card messages, delivery instructions, and other content you submit. Please do not include unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content, or use our service to send unwanted gifts as a form of harassment.
We may decline requests involving such content or misuse. If an order is declined, we will explain how any payment already received will be handled.
Website Use
Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person’s information.
If you create an account, keep your login details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
